EVENT RULES

Discrimination and the violation of personal boundaries are happening every day in our society. Racist or sexist comments and jokes, heteronormative assumptions or touching someone without their consent are just a few examples.

We cannot and do not want to accept this. Instead, let’s try to make it the safest space as possible for everyone. We ask you to be considerate of each other and to take on responsibility together throughout the event. We want everyone to feel good and to be able to express freely, but without violating the boundaries of others.

Violence or the threat of violence, verbal or physical harassment, sexist, homophobic, transphobic and racist comments or any kind of boundary crossing behavior will not be tolerated during the CBSM 2025

We will decide how to deal with such incidents based on the specific situation. However, if people fundamentally resist treating each other with respect, we will suspend or expel them from the event.

HOUSING

For you who need a place to sleep the housing is included on Friday and Saturday.
Högsbotorps scoutkår lets us stay at their scout house during the event.
There's showers, kitchen and two large halls for sleeping.
OBS! Be aware that you need to bring your own sleeping gear.

If you need a place to sleep on Thursday one of us will accommondate you.

Sunday 08 JunE

Chill Out

Race rules

1. Helmet is mandatory during the race – no helmet = no race
2. Race number must be visible at all times during the race
3. Respect each other and be kind to checkpoint staff
4. Since we are sharing the space you must obey the traffic rules
5. There will be nothing big to transport so even a small bag works fine
6. You should have a lock, a pen and a way to protect and organise your papers
7. REMEMBER TO HAVE FUN!
